The Graduate School of Government (GSG) and Australian Labor International are offering 15 scholarships to take part in a five day executive program for political and policy advisors from Asia and the Pacific.

This will be the sixth Political Advisors' Course held at the University of Sydney. Previous programs have featured distinguished guest presenters, all former Australian Commonwealth and state leaders. Previous presenters have included former Prime Minister Paul Keating, former Deputy Prime Minister Kim Beazley, and former Premiers Steve Bracks (Victoria), Bob Carr (New South Wales).

Applications Now Open - 2014 Program

The GSG and Australian Labor International is now accepting applications to the 2014 Political Advisors' Course. Applicants must have:
- a minimum three to five years experience working in a member of parliament or political party office
- an undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification), and
- accredited English language competence (either a formal test score, completion of study in English or completion of an assignment/essay).
