University insurance policy for student's work experience
If you are undertaking an internship or work experience that supports the learning outcomes of your degree, the University of Sydney Business School can issue you with workplace insurance on completion of a Work Placement Agreement. You must be a student of the business school and be able to demonstrate how the work placement supports your learning either through relevance to a particular unit of study or supports the development of the University's graduate attributes. The work placement does not need to be a requirement of your degree or particular unit of study but you must be able to demonstrate the relevance.
Work Placement Agreement
To be issued with your insurance documents, you and your work placement provider will need to complete the Work Placement Agreement
Once completed, return the form to email@example.com and a University representative will sign the relevant section and issue you with your insurance documents.
You will need to allow at least 14 working days prior to the start of your work placement in order to get all the documents issued.
