More details are made available on the Scholarships and Prizes web page when individual awards are open for application. Please note that all scholarships in the table listing below are only available to students under the administration and enrolled with the University of Sydney Business School.

Student Exchange Travel Scholarships 2012 | $2000 | Undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students nominated for a partner institution through the University of Sydney Exchange program. | Recipients are awarded on academic merit. Nominations for the award are based on Weighted Average Mark (WAM) in competed units in their currently enrolled pass coursework degree with the University of Sydney Business School. | No application is required. Students are selected by the Business school for the award on receipt of a confirmed list from the Exchange Unit, International Student Office. |
Strategic Partner Exchange Scholarships 2012 | $4000 | Undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students nominated for a strategic partner institution through the University of Sydney Exchange program. | Candidates are shortlisted based on their weighted average mark in their completed University of Sydney units. Shortlisted students are then invited to make an application for the award based on participation in University life and motivation to attend exchange. | Students are invited to apply after a confirmed outbound exchange list is received from the Exchange Unit, International Student Office. |
The Westbrook and Jessie Anstice International Travel Scholarship | $5000 | undergraduate coursework, undergraduate honours and postgraduate coursework | The scholarship is intended to assist with travel expenses to an overseas seminar or conference to advance knowledge in the areas of international business, innovation or entrepreneurship. Participation to the seminar or conference should be in the year of the award. | Applications open between April - May and close in June each year. |
Investec Prize for Most Outstanding All-Round Student | $5000 | Undergraduate coursework | Awarded to a final year student (Pass or Honours) enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce (or combined Commerce) with a major in Accounting, Finance or Economics for outstanding academic achievement as well as excellence in an area such as sport, music, art, performance, literature, community service or community leadership. |

Sydney Uni Sport& Fitness and the University of Sydney Business School Postgraduate Sports Scholarships | Up to the value of four units of study fee | Postgraduate | Offered by Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness in conjunction with the University of Sydney Business School. Scholarships are run through Sydney Uni Sport and are awarded on the basis of the applicants sporting, academic and career achievements. Where appropriate applicants should be a member of a State, National or Regional Academy/ Institute of Sport. Individual sportsmen and women should be ranked top 20 nationally or top 10 at state level. Up to 10 scholarships will be offered at postgraduate level each year to cover a maximum of four units of study annually. | Scholarships are automatically allocated by Sydney Uni Sports each year. |
Commonwealth Bank Scholarships | $225 each | Undergraduate | Students proceeding to fourth year Honours. | Recipients nominated by each Discipline between January - March following year. |
R.J.Chambers Honours Scholarships (up to 5 annually) | Up to $5000 each | Undergraduate | Offered by the Discipline of Accounting and sponsored by the Accounting Foundation. The scholarships are awarded to students undertaking fourth year Honours in Accounting with distinguished performance in prior units of study. | Allocated by the Discipline of Accounting at the commencement of student's Honours year. (No application process). |
Finance Honours Scholarships | $5000 scholarships may be awarded as full or half value scholarships | Undergraduate | Offered and awarded by the Discipline of Finance to students undertaking fourth year Honours in Finance with distinguished academic performance. | Applications are assessed on their application to the Finance Honours program run through the Discipline of Finance and closes in late November each year prior to the applicant's honours year. |
International Business Scholarship in Honours | $6000 | Undergraduate (International Business Honours) | Offered and awarded by the Discipline of International Business to students with the most meritorious application undertaking fourth year Honours in International Business. Selection is based on academic merit and their proposed dissertation topic. | Applications open in October and close between January to February in the year of honours candidacy. |
Canon Honours Scholarship | $6000 | Undergraduate | Best student in Marketing major continuing on to Marketing Honours. | Recipient nominated by the Discipline of Marketing between January - March in the year of honours candidacy. |
Philip Noel Hartley Smith Distinguished honours Scholarship | $6000 | Undergraduate Honours | Awarded on application and academic merit to an honours student whose dissertation topic focuses on 'Business History' OR 'Business Ethics' | Applications open in October and close between January to February in the year of honours candidacy. |
The Westbrook & Jessie Anstice Honours Scholarship in Economics and Business | $7000 | Undergraduate Honours | Open to all students enrolling in an honours program with the University of Sydney Business School. Selection is based on the best thesis proposal complementing the theme of 'Innovation and Entrepreneurship - New Thinking and practice' | Promotions open in October and applications close between January to February the following year. |
Qantas Honours Scholarship in Industrial Relations | $7500 | Undergraduate | Awarded to a student in third year honours program proceeding to final year honours who has achieved excellence in their undergraduate Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management Studies. | Recipient nominated by Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies between January - March following year. (No application process). |
The Robert R. Sterling Distinguished Honours Scholarship in Accounting | $10,000 | Undergraduate (Accounting Honours) | The Recipient will be an outstanding undergraduate accounting honours student of the Business School, whose dissertation topic focuses on an area of financial accounting and has demonstrated academic competency in financial accounting units. | Students are assessed for this award on their application to the Discipline of Accounting for Accounting Honours. No separate application for this scholarship is required. |
The Gilles Kryger Honours Scholarship in Finance | $15,000 | Undergraduate | Open to students commencing Honours IV in Finance, students are short-listed based on academic merit and then given the opportunity to submit a research assignment. | Applications open in October and close between January to February in the year of honours candidacy. |
