Master of Management

The Master of Management degree is a 60 credit point (12 months full time or 2 years part time) pre-experience program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a career in management in your chosen field. Part of the course involves working directly with leading companies on real business problems. The degree was designed by The University of Sydney, with input from leading business schools in Europe and leading global corporations.

The contribution of business leaders in its design cannot be underestimated. It is built on a foundation of key characteristics employers are seeking in their people.

The Master of Management is closely aligned with the CEMS Master's in International Management which is a degree taught in conjunction with 29 world-leading Universities. As such the University of Sydney welcomes exchange students from each of our partner CEMS universities and these students add to the multinational experience of the Master of Management program. Furthermore the teaching focus of the Master of Management is on providing practical applications of theoretical ideas and this is the cornerstone of the classroom experience, within the program.

The Master of Management is designed for students who have recently graduated from an undergraduate degree from any discipline area (with at least a credit (65%) average), who do not necessarily have any relevant work experience and are looking for a broad-based, internationally focused management education that will equip them for a career in management or management consultancy.
