Critical Incident Technique:
Describe an experience you have had as a coach that has had a significant impact on your coaching. Try to recall an experience that prompted a significant change in your outlook or behaviour as a coach. Identify all the people who were involved, carefully detail the events, describe the setting, report who said what and to whom, and explain why this event was so significant.
