Scholarships

Please select the scholarship(s) you wish to apply for. You may be asked to supply further information in the form of additional questions. No questions are mandatory, but it is in the interests of you application that you supply as much information as possible to help us select the most appropriate recipients of the awards.

Please note: even if you are asked the same question for two separate scholarships, please fill out both boxes. It is acceptable for you to copy & paste answers from one area to another, but please ensure your answer is relevant to that particular scholarship.

Facultywide scholarships

Leighton Contractors Undergraduate Scholarship in Engineering
To be considered for the scholarship applicants must:

  • be able to demonstrate their Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background
  • not hold any other primary scholarship
  • complete and submit an online scholarship application form and provide a personal statement addressing their personal qualities, leadership potential, extracurricular activities and community involvement, CV, and Year 12 reports
  • Read and agree to all the Terms & Conditions for this scholarship

Preference will be given to:

  • applicants in receipt of an Abstudy payment through Centrelink
  • students enrolling in their first year of study of a bachelor degree program in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies, specialising in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering - combined degrees are also eligible.
