Year 11 and 12 Indigenous Day, 28 May 2012
The University of Sydney warmly invites Aboriginal Year 11 and 12 students to join the Vice-Chancellor and special guests to take part in the official flag raising ceremony and BBQ lunch to launch the University’s Reconcillation Week celebrations.
During your visit you will participate in a variety of activities including a special performance of Bindjareb Pinjarra at the Seymour Centre, guided campus tour, take part in the sea of hands and much more!

Indigenous Students Experience Day - 30/05/12
Your opportunity to experience what university might be like. Take part in hands-on tutorials, presentations, demonstrations and practical sessions, plus speak to current students and tour the campus – all in one day!
During the day you will attend a morning and afternoon
elective session (see brochure below). These sessions
cover a wide range of courses offered by the University of
Sydney. A complete list of electives and what they involve is
inside this program.

Registration is open from 9am on Tuesday 8 May 2012.
Sessions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis
so remember to get in early as sessions fill up quickly!
Registrations will close at 5pm on Monday 21 May 2012.
You need to register online at:

When you register online, you will be asked to select which one of
the listed electives you want to attend for each of the morning and afternoon sessions. Make your decision carefully as you cannot change it once you have registered.
Please be aware that some sessions only have limited spaces. If your preferred session is not shown on the registration page, it is already full and you should choose an alternative.
Parents Invitation
The University of Sydney warmly invites parents of Year 7 and 8 Indigenous students join us at the Indigenous Students’ Experience Day.
This annual Experience Day allows Year 7 and 8 Indigenous students an opportunity to experience what university might be like. They will take part in hands-on tutorials, presentations and demonstrations throughout the day.
