Teaching

Coordinator and teacher of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in pharmacy practice in Finland and internationally. Course topics include medication management review, use of medicines among older people, international pharmacy and medicines policy.

Research

Research is primarily focused on strategies to optimise the use of medicines, particularly psychotropic medicines and medicines used among older people.

Specific topics include:

  • Pharmacoepidemiology of psychotropic medicines
  • Mental health pharmacy education
