Honours/International Major option
Faculty staff have identified possible exchange opportunities and are working with our overseas partners to identify coursework and research based exchanges. Students who do coursework at the host institution will be eligible for an International Major, while those who are enrolled in Honours and do a research project will be eligible for Honours.
Honours/Industrial Major option
As with the international major, we have a list of possible industrial hosts. The Faculty will also consider industrial options identified by individual students. However, final decisions abut the appropriateness of the industrial host will be made by the Faculty. Once again, those students who are enrolled in Honours and undertake a research project with their industrial host will be eligible for an Honours degree and those students not enrolled in Honours will be eligible for an Industrial Major degree.
Rural Major - This will not be offered in 2013
The rural major provides a unique opportunity for students to develop the knowledge and skills needed to practice pharmacy in regional, rural and remote Australia. The rural major combines on campus study of relevant rural and Aboriginal pharmacy and health issues and an extended pharmacy placement in a non-metropolitan location.
If you indicate you are interested in undertaking the rural major you will need to provide further information regarding your rural interest, background and experience on the application form prior to final selection.
Honours/Majors Application Form
If, after attending the information evening, you are interested in applying for Honours or a Major then download and complete the application form then submit it to the Faculty Admin Office or email (applications will only be accepted from your university email account).
