UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY SCHOLARSHIPS
Terms and Conditions - Terms and conditions of your scholarship can be viewed on the Terms and Conditions page of the website.
Suspending your scholarship - If you are holding a University of Sydney Merit, Entry, Access, Outstanding Achievement or Honours Scholarship you may suspend your scholarship for a maximum of one year. Please complete the following form and return to the Scholarships Office: University of Sydney Scholarship Suspension Form
Studying Part-time - If you are holding a University of Sydney Merit, Entry, Access, Outstanding Achievement or Honours Scholarship, you can continue holding your scholarship on a part-time study load. You will be paid half the stipulated amount.

COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARSHIPS
Studying part-time - Generally, a student undertaking less than a full-time study load (less than 18 credit points) is not eligible for a Commonwealth Scholarship unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you are have exceptional circumstances that prevent you from studying full-time please complete the following form and return to the Scholarships Office: Commonwealth Scholarship Part-Time Form
Suspending your scholarship - If you are holding a Commonwealth Scholarship you may suspend your scholarship for a maximum of one year. Please complete the following form and return to the Scholarships Office: Commonwealth Scholarship Suspension Form
SHOW CAUSE
Haven’t met the minimum academic requirement of scholarship - If you have not met the minimum academic requirement you will be asked to ‘show cause’. This is a process whereby you explain to the University the reasons for non-adherence. Supporting evidence will aid your case.
