Any of the University of Sydney's students are eligible to register with SydneyTalent. Our vast pool of bright, dedicated and enthusiastic talent represents the myriad of degrees that the University offers - a wealth of potential for employers in both the short term and long term future.

The SydneyTalent tailored recruitment process pre-selects potential candidates who are suitable to your needs, reducing your time, effort and costs. We make a targeted search of our pool of students, handle the initial interviews, perform skills testing where required and present you with a short list to choose from.

A direct hire option is also available should you wish to recruit a graduate.

SydneyTalent then manages the administrative and payroll processes for your selected students on your behalf.
