A major in Physical Activity and Health will allow you to develop knowledge and understanding of human structure and function to allow safe and effective implementation of exercise and physical activity.
Integrating knowledge from the basic, applied and social sciences you will implement exercise and physical activity with an evidence-based practice approach. The Physical Activity and Health major will allow you to engage others from different backgrounds and at different life stages in physical activity projects and exercise programs using a variety of tools, media and strategies appropriate to that audience.
