Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Performance)
Core requirements
To qualify for the award of the pass degree in the of the Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Performance), a candidate must successully complete 240 credit points comprising: |

(i) 102 credit points of of Specialisation units including: |
(a) 72 credit points of Principal Study units; |
(b) 30 credit points of Performance/Ensemble units; |
(ii) 30 credit points of core units, including: |
(a) 18 credit points of Harmony and Analysis and Aural Perception units; |
(b) 18 credit points of Analysis, History and Culture Studies units; |
(iii) 6 credit points of units in the Open Learning Environment as specified in Table O;
|
(iv) a major (48 credit points) from Table S;
|
(v) a minimum of 24 credit points at 4000 level from a Specialisation or Table S, including a research, community, industry or entrepreneurship project of at least 12 credit points and up to 36 credit points;

(vi) where appropriate, elective units from a Specialisation or Table S.
