2016 Vis Moot competition in Vienna
Our Vis Moot team was the highest ranked Australian team, and received awards for their written memoranda and oral advocacy.

Congratulations to the University of Sydney Law School Team, who did us proud at the 2016 Vis Moot competition in Vienna. They made it to the last eight out of 311, were the highest ranked Australian team, and received awards for their written memoranda and oral advocacy.
They also excelled in the 2016 Brussels Pre-Moot Competition, where they came first. “This is a great achievement for the team, and we can now say we have gone ‘back-to-back’ – as we also won the Brussels Pre-Moot in 2015,” says convenor, Professor Chester Brown.
