You can access printing, scanning and photocopying devices at our libraries, learning hubs and computer access labs.
You can print using the University’s ‘Follow-Me’ printing service, either by using the computers we provide on campus or your own personal device.
Printing cost per sheet depends on the size and type.

Before attempting to print, make sure you have enough funds in your SydPay account.
Your print job will stay on the print server for six hours before being deleted.
Follow-Me printers are available in all libraries and Learning Hubs across the main campus.
Guest users will need to use the guest computers to send a print job. Guest computers are available in the following library locations:
Guest print cards are also available at SydPay kiosks located in the Fisher, Scitech, Conservatorium and Law Libraries.

On iPhones and iPads, Mobility Print just works like AirPrint. You will be prompted to enter your UniKey username and password. Make sure your device is connected to the UniSydney wireless network.
The way you print is different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app. When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer as identified by the PaperCut icon
If you select the 'Remember me' checkbox, your phone will remember your login details for that printer for one week.
If you have any problems printing you should talk to the ICT Learning Hub or library staff who will help you resolve the issue. If there is a technical issue with the printer they may be able reprint your job for you. If you need to obtain a refund due to a printing error you will need to contact ICT via the University Service Desk by calling 1800 SYD UNI (1800 793 864) or +61 2 8627 1444 and selecting option 4 for ICT.
Scanning is free from the print, scan and copy devices at our libraries, Learning Hubs and Computer Access Labs.
Photocopying costs are the same as printing.
