DENT6418 Clinical Endodontics II expands on knowledge obtained from DENT6417 and PAIN5023. Topics covered will include, but will not be limited to, history of endodontics, pulp physiology, mechanical properties of instruments, medicaments, obturation, interappointment flare-ups, pain in endodontics, and prognosis of nonsurgical endodontics. These topics will be covered in lectures and tutorials where students will appraise the literature and summarise key learning topics in the form of oral presentations and scientific discussion.
