This unit will further develop skills beyond the intermediate level of Japanese, and advance students' cultural literacy. Students will integrate speaking, reading and writing by engaging with contemporary issues in Japan. They will work on improving fluency in speaking and reading, mastering advanced grammar patterns, developing research skills, and gaining the ability to engage in discussions on topics such as politics, social issues, and daily life in Japan.
