This unit of study covers how analytics could be used in project management to access feasibility, analyse project portfolio for selection and prioritization, and predict project success. Students will be developing the skills to use a range of analytics techniques with a variety of data. They will also have the opportunity to learn how to present analytics in a meaningful way for business use.
