Angkor Wat's Hidden Megacity

In 2011, a group of researchers from eight teams proposed that a mission be undertaken over important archaeological sites in north-west Cambodia. The project identified an entire, previously undocumented, formally planned urban landscape into which the major temples such as Angkor Wat were integrated.
