Thesis abstract:

This research will produce the first systematic assessment of workplace gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in Cambodia's construction and garment sectors. Using qualitative methods, the research will investigate how work arrangements and workplace culture influence the prevalence of GBVH in the two sectors.
