In-Person Enrolment Process
In-person enrolment is available to applicants who are accepting an offer to enrol in a new course of study at the University and to continuing students who did not successfully enrol online for the new academic year.
New and continuing students who are required to attend an in-person enrolment session will be directed, in the first instance, to their faculty for Stage 1. Here students will receive academic and other faculty-specific advice (as applicable), make unit of study choices, and complete enrolment and other related forms.
After enrolment requirements have been completed at Stage 1, students will be directed to Stage 2 to finalise their enrolment and receive advice on how to obtain their Student Campus Card and transport concession (if applicable).
If you are made an offer through UAC it is essential that you enrol at your designated time or your offer may lapse.
Students who are unable to attend their scheduled in-person enrolment session can make arrangements for someone else to attend the session on their behalf. This is a proxy enrolment. Note that some faculties place restrictions on proxy enrolment.
You can find more information on accepting your offer and enrolling at the Future Students website.
