Enrolment process

Enrolment

Enrolment is the formal process of registering with your Faculty and choosing your units of study/subjects. Enrolment is compulsory, late enrolments outside the advertised enrolment sessions will only be allowed with faculty permission. Please contact the Faculty direct if you are unable to attend your scheduled enrolment date.

You cannot enrol unless you have first paid and accepted your offer through the International Student Office.

Enrolment dates for international students.

You should enrol on the date and time applicable to your course. Students who cannot attend their respective enrolment dates as listed should attend the late enrolment dates. Faculties may not be able to accommodate you at any other time. Please advise your faculty if you are unable to enrol on the designated dates.

You must bring a passport-sized photograph for your student identity card. This should be a colour portrait (head and shoulders only) photo of you, approximately 3.5cm wide and 4.7cm high. The photo will be laminated onto your student card

Proxy enrolment

If you are unable to attend your scheduled enrolment in person, you must arrange for someone to attend for you. Complete the proxy form to give someone else authority to enrol on your behalf. The person acting as your proxy must be able to produce your proxy form at the time of enrolment. Make sure your proxy has complete and correct information regarding the course and units of study in which you wish to enrol.
