How to book

Book by one of three easy ways:

1. Online

Book securely online. (Transaction charges apply)

Simply find the show you want to see on our website and click the yellow 'book online' button.

2. By phone

Call the Box Office on 02 9351 7940 and we’ll process your booking for you. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 11am-6pm

3. In person

We’re located on the corner of Cleveland St and City Road, Chippendale. Come in and let one of our friendly Box Office staff process your booking for you. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 11am-6pm and one hour prior to all performances.

Transaction fees

All ticket purchases via phone or online incur a fee per transaction (not per ticket)

York/Everest/Downstairs theatres

  • $6.00 phone bookings
  • $4.50 online

Sound Lounge/Sydney Ideas/other misc

  • $3.50 phone bookings
  • $3.50 online

Bookings made in person at the Seymour Box Office do not attract a transaction fee

Parking vouchers

We sell parking vouchers for the Shepherd St car park for $6.

Drink vouchers

Purchase regular drinks vouchers for $7 in advance. Please contact Box Office on 02 9351 7940.

  • CONCESSIONS All pensioners, seniors, full-time students and children under 16 must provide concession cards and/or proof of age.

Terms and conditions of sale

  • All tickets sold by the Seymour Centre are sold subject to the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice and the following terms and conditions.
  • Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this activity; and subject to the conditions applicable to that activity.
  • The right is reserved to vary the advertised programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
  • Tickets are valid only when purchased through an authorised medium.
  • The right of admission is reserved by the management.
  • Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of the management.
  • Cameras and tape recorders may not be brought into the auditorium except where expressly authorised.
  • Tickets holders enter the venue at their own risk.
  • All tickets are sold subject to our Ticketing Privacy Policy (see below)

Refunds and exchanges

All ticket sales are final and subject to the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice.

Refunds are not available

Exchanges are possible up to 48 hours before a performance:

For subscribers: first exchange per show is free, thereafter $5.50

For single ticket purchasers: $5.50

The original ticket must be presented in person to the Seymour Centre Box Office before exchanges are possible
