1. Graduate with two qualifications in 1.5 years

The Master of Management (CEMS) has been specifically designed so that you can complete the CEMS Master in International Management as part of your degree.

The CEMS Master in International Management is consistently ranked in the top 15 Masters in Management programs in the world by the prestigious QS, Financial Times and The Economist rankings.

We are the only university in Australia to offer this program, and the only Australian business school and first non-European institution to be admitted as a member of CEMS.

Upon completion of the program, you will graduate with two qualifications in just 1.5 years:

  • Master of Management (CEMS) from the University of Sydney
  • CEMS Master in International Management from CEMS

3. Study worldwide

As part of the Master of Management (CEMS) degree, you will spend a minimum of one semester at a CEMS network university where you will gain valuable cross-cultural experience whilst undertaking study and working with industry partners.

With international mobility embedded into the program, you will have the opportunity to study in at least two countries and from a choice of over 30 CEMS network universities around the globe including the USA, South America, Europe, Asia, and South Africa.

4. Industry access

Gaining practical, real-world experience is an important aspect of any degree. The Master of Management (CEMS) will allow you to work closely with our industry partners, as well as CEMS corporate and social partners. Our interactive skill seminars, global career forums and capstone projects, will enable you to interact directly with senior leaders and alumni.

Our CEMS corporate and social partners comprise of leading corporations and not-for-profit organisations including Boston Consulting Group, Google, Mastercard, United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, and WWF International.

5. Start your global career

This degree will provide you with the international exposure and fundamental business skills required to pursue a global career in management.

On average, 45% of Master of Management (CEMS) alumni were working outside of their home country, and over 90% of graduates found a job within 3 months of graduating.

Through the program’s practical application of theoretical concepts and hands-on approach to learning, you will develop a global and adaptive mindset and focus on the global aspects of doing business.

There are many employment opportunities around the world in a range of industries, including:

From 2023 Australian citizens will be exempt from the CEMS language requirements (they will be admitted based on English as a mother tongue). As part of the program, these students will be required to learn a second and third language to a beginner/elementary level. Please note that the CEMS language requirement is an exit requirement and must be completed prior to graduation.
