Professor Robyn Ward, Executive Dean, Faculty of Medicine and Health

Welcome to the Faculty of Medicine and Health (FMH) at the University of Sydney. Whether you are joining us as a student or as staff, now is a truly exciting time to join the University as the new faculty is just beginning to take shape.

Comprising of 6 schools and 10 clinical schools, FMH brings together the areas of dentistry, medicine, medical sciences, nursing and midwifery, pharmacy and public health to enable an integrated approach to health research and education.

The newly integrated faculty unites some extraordinary talent, with increased potential to make a transformative impact on healthcare and deliver real benefits for our colleagues, our students and our community. The Faculty of Health Sciences will join FMH on 1 January 2020 and will further enhance this integration across the allied health professions.

I trust you find your experiences with the faculty and the University to be wholly positive and I encourage you to take the lead and engage with the many opportunities made available to you on campus and beyond.
