Faculty of Health Sciences

World-leading health sciences education and research
Our learning and teaching programs are enhanced by our research efforts and produce a new generation of allied health professionals, academics and researchers who will drive change within the health sector.

About the Faculty of Health Sciences

The Faculty of Health Sciences is a world leader in health research, sciences and education. We encourage international collaboration across all our research endeavours, and strategic partnerships with a global reach.

We strive constantly for excellence in intellectual enquiry, academic freedom and integrity. To support these goals, we provide an engaging and stimulating student-centered learning and teaching environment, attracting some of the best students and researchers in Australia.

We teach across seven disciplines, and prioritise various intersecting research themes that reflect the strength, diversity and depth of our research. We work collaboratively with five research centres.

We are currently based at Cumberland. In 2020, we will join the Faculty of Medicine and Health as a school, and move to the purpose-built Health Precinct at the University of Sydney's Camperdown Campus.
