HDR Transition to Canvas Workshop

HDR TRANSITION TO CANVAS WORKSHOP

We are all committed to improving the experience of our postgraduate research students, so the University's transition to Canvas presents us with a unique and exciting opportunity to reconsider the way we engage with them in our online environment.

As a first step, the University Executive Research Education Committee has endorsed a proposal to transform the way we manage the first year milestone integrity check.

Under the transformed model, we will be creating a dedicated Canvas site for each local academic unit based on a common design template.

This workshop presents postgraduate research coordinators with an opportunity to provide input in to the common design template and to tell staff from the Education Portfolio about what is involved in the coordination of postgraduate enrichment activities. This will help us to identify how Canvas can be put to work for you.

If you can’t attend one of the scheduled workshops, please write to Tristan Enright (via belwo link) so that we can work on an alternative method for facilitating your input.

We look forward to working with you on this important initiative.
