Congratulations to our Brown and Thompson Fellows

The Research Portfolio recently introduced two new Fellowships designed to promote equity and diversity at the University.The Brown Fellowships support researchers re-establishing careers after significant caring responsibilities, and The Thompson Fellowships address the under-representation of women in senior academic positions.

Congratulations to Dr Helen O'Connor, Lecturer in Nutrition Exercise and Sport Science who has been awarded a Brown Fellowship and Associate Professor Lindy Clemson, Head of Discipline, Occupational Therapy who has been awarded a Thompson Fellowship. We are delighted that Lindy and Helen have been awarded these fellowships in the first round. They are two of only eight Brown and Thompson fellows from across the University of Sydney - a fantastic result for the Faculty.
