Join Ed Blakely, Honorary Professor of Urban Policy at the US Studies Centre, and a panel of experts as they discuss key issues in the planning and execution of disaster recovery programs.

These local and international experts will share their experiences and knowledge in an open and frank discussion that aims at developing best-practice guidelines for planners, emergency services personnel and government agencies:
