John Small has been awarded the title of Emeritus Professor |
The School farewelled John Smallrecently as his retirement took effect on Friday 30 March, after 27 years of service, leaving on a high of some excellent research in recent years.
Details of some of his achievements were in our last news item.
John has now been given the title of Emeritus Professor by the University.
The title of Emeritus Professor is bestowed on retired Professors after a substantial contribution to The University and allows them to continue to use the title "Emeritus Professor" from The University of Sydney within their field of expertise.
