Science In The City 2010

Students at Science in the City

During National Science Week 700 students attended Science in the City 2010. Students from Athelstane, Condell Park, Revesby South, Wattawa Heights and Wilkins Public Schools along with students from Marrickville High School and Intensive English Centre attended the event.

Students participated in workshops that covered a wide range of science topics such as: Sound Effects; Dinosaurs; Freaky Forces; Birds and Insects; The Human Body; Space Rockets and Exploration and Liquid Nitrogen.

From all accounts students had a great day and enjoyed the interactive workshops provided by the Australian Museum.
