Get cycling for a free breakfast!
8 October 2012
Dust off your saddle and pump up your tyres to join the University community in leaving the car at home and jumping on a bike on Wednesday 17 October.
Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or an absolute beginner, you'll be rewarded on the day with a free breakfast on Eastern Avenue between 7.30 and 9.30am. But remember first come, first served!
Cycle in for Ride2Work / Uni Day and you could be picking up:
- a free water bottle (for the first 100 cyclists who ride in to Uni)
- free breakfast (for cyclists)
- free bicycle workshop
- a University of Sydney sustainable coffee cup and a free coffee voucher.
Register now for your free breakfast by emailing cis.sustainablecampus@sydney.edu.au
Campus Infrastructure and Services (CIS) has improved bike parking facilities to support cycling as a viable transport option to and from the University.
For information about riding your bicycle and parking at the University read our webpage on riding a bike to the University
Ride2Work day is a nationally recognised program, organised by Bicycle Network, designed to encourage more people to cycle to work.
