2011 has been a big year for campus improvements with a range of capital projects being delivered and started.
The University's eService Desk has been replaced with Campus Assist Online.
In 2012, students and teachers will have access to new, cutting-edge learning spaces across campus.
Major work on the University's Sports and Aquatic Centre Expansion Project is due to commence this month.
The University of Sydney, along other organisations from across the CBD and North Sydney, is taking part in the Sydney Rides Challenge. It's a fun workplace competition to see which Sydney organisation can get the most staff to ride a bike between 26 September - 16 October.
There are 4 Envirobank machines on Sydney University Campus. Your task is to design a business plan that will ultimately increase the usage of the machines and eliminate recyclables ending up in landfill through the campus general bins. The prize: $500
Over 400 new students have taken the pledge to reduce their personal waste generation at the University by taking the 'pledge' at o-week last week.
