Thank you to everyone who made Open Day 2011 a huge success
Three members of staff and one student from the Faculty of Health Sciences received awards from Speech Pathology Australia at 
Professor Elias Mpofu has recently published a major work with Cambridge University Press titled 'Counseling People of African Ancestry.' The book if the first volume of this scope and depth on counselling in African and indigenous cultural heritage settings.
Professor Stephanie Short and Dr Kirsten Harley, from the Faculty of Health Sciences, organised a productive international workshop on Primary Health Care Governance in Indonesia. 
Roger was honored for his career-long commitment to improving the wellbeing of people with intellectual disability and the quality of the services they use.
