IT Matters seminars

What can an iphone do for you? How do you set up your computer to work from home? Come along to IT Matters, a series of lunchtime seminars designed by ICT and find out how to get more out of the University's IT support services.

The first series, titled The ICT Helpdesk and You, will address the most common questions the Helpdesk are asked by staff everyday.


Session 1: iPhones - what they can and can't do for you

Session 2: Working from home

Session 3: Getting the most out of IT Support

Each session will include helpful hints and an opportunity to ask questions, and a prize will be awarded to a lucky attendee who fills out and returns the evaluation form.

So come along, bring your lunch, listen to ICT experts and ask your questions. Tea and coffee will be provided, so please registerfor catering purposes.
