Staying connected: seminar transcript and Q&A now available online

The second session of the IT Matters seminar series was held on 29 June 2010 with the topic Staying connected - how to access your work when you're away from your desk.
The seminar included information about how to access University work when are away from your desk and including:
- Phones- diverting incoming calls and accessing voicemail
- Using computers away from your desk- including public, personal and University-owned computers
- Getting connected on campus- accessing the usyd wifi network
- Software- great deals for staff
- Tips and tricks- what you need to prepare
- Where to get support
