We've updated the ICT Self Service Portal

We've updated the ICT Self Service Portal (SSP) to make it easier for you to request IT services.

Once you log into the new portal with your UniKey and password, you can request IT services or report an IT issue. A major update of the system is the addition of an ordering system allowing you to request services that were previously requested through the online log-a-job forms. These are now available under the ICT Services menu. For instructions on how to log a service request, please visit the Ask Sydney - ICT website. You may also be prompted toupdate your profile information, please do so as it makes it easier for us to process your request.

Any requests logged before the 15 October are still open and will be attended to. You can check the progress of these tickets here: View my tickets.
