"Inactive plugin" error for Mac users using the CMS

Unable to undertake the following tasks in the University Content Management System (CMS)?

  • Import any type of files into CMS, such as images, pdfs, etc
  • Edit any hard-coded pages, such as your homepage
  • Download any files

This is likely due to the latest Mac Operating System (OS) patch blocking your browsers Java plug-in, which runsthese features in the CMS.
