Any requests logged before the 15 October are still open and will be attended to. You can check the progress ofyour tickets here: http://itassist.usyd.edu.au/selfserviceportal/under View my tickets.

Alternatively you can contact the ICT Helpdesk on 9351 6000 and quote your ticket number.
