Update your profile; make it easier for us to help you!

Need to request an IT service? Or report an issue with your computer or phone? Use the ICT Self Service Portal and make sure to update your profile information.

Updating your profile information is important in helping us to contact you quickly and ensure we attend to your needs promptly. For instructions on how to update your profile, visit the Ask Sydney - ICT website. If you haven't updated your profile after Saturday 8 December, you will be automatically taken to your profile page and prompted to update your details. You will only need to update your profile once unless your contact details change.
