Trouble accessing Sydney Mail

If you are having difficulties logging into your Sydney Mail email account please ensure that you have performed the following actions prior to calling the ICT Helpdesk:

  1. Log out of any msn, hotmail or windows live account you have logged in to.
  2. Change or synchronise your UniKey password. For more details on these steps please visit the swITch website.

If you have completed both of these steps and still have difficulty logging in, please contact the ICT Helpdesk on 9351 6000.
