Scheduled maintenance on University's critical systems Sat 26 March

ICT will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade data centre storage systems between 6am and 12am this Saturday 26 March. This will involve upgrading storage systems that host some of the University's critical information systems; however we do not anticipate any service interruptions.

ICT will make all efforts not to interrupt access to the systems impacted by this upgrade; however you may experience minor service degradation while the upgrade is being performed.

Services will be restored to normal operation by 12am 27 March.

This maintenance will include upgrading servers that host some of the University's critical systems, including:

  • Exchange, Central and Sydney Mail
  • Identity services, WASM
  • eLearning
  • Access Labs
  • FlexSIS and Student Self Administration
  • T2
  • PeopleSoft
  • OneStop
  • TRIM
  • RIMS
  • Hyperion
  • MyUni
  • MCS and ERP Citrix
  • ITSM
  • Some of ICT hosted servers
