Sydney Mail accounts disrupted due to global Microsoft issue

Last Friday 9 September Sydney Mail accounts were inaccessible between 12.51pm and 4.13pm EST. This was caused by a technical issue that affected Microsoft's Live@edu services worldwide. Microsoft have apologised for the inconvenience this caused and were able to respond quickly and restore access to Sydney Mail accounts.
