Visiting ALA Fellow Lu Xing arrives, Dr Kanokwan Manorom leaves

The AMRC welcomes Australian Leadership Award Fellowship recipient, Professor Lu Xing, for three months. Professor Lu, Director of the Greater Mekong Subregion Study Centre at Yunnan University in China, will publish and further develop field-based teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, on natural resources governance in the Mekong Region under this AusAid fellowship. His fellowship will overlap with and build on the program of another ALA Fellow, Dr Kanokwan Manorom of Ubonratchathani University, with whom Professor Lu and Professor Hirsch have had a longstanding professional collaboration. At the end of this week, Dr Manorom leaves the AMRC after a productive and invaluable visit.
