Papers and podcast now available: Private International Law

On 16 May, Sydney Law School presented a seminar on The future of private international law in Australia. Papers and a podcast are now available online.

The four speakers - Justice Paul Le Gay Brereton, Thomas John, Dr Andrew Bell SC and Professor Andrew Dickinson - addressed the seminar topic from the different perspectives of judge, legislator, practitioner and academic.
