Marcel Peruffo completed his PhD studies at Brown University in 2022. After his graduation, prior to joining The University of Sydney, he served as a Senior Economist at the European Central Bank. His primary interests are in macroeconomics. His current work focuses on the role of household heterogeneity in the business cycles, and in the evolution of the natural rate of interest.
