Thesis title: An exploration of the lived experiences of ethnically marginalised men of colour who use family violence.

Thesis abstract:

This research project involves conducting qualitative interviews with ethnically marginalised men of colour who are known to use family violence. The research employs feminist, critical race, and postcolonial theories to explore men of colour's perspectives of gender role and family violence as well as their experiences engaging with intervention systems in New South Wales, Australia. The research aims to contribute to the knowledge available to practice, research and policy in the efforts to end men’s use of family violence.
