Make a complaint

If you want to proceed to lodge a complaint, you can do so using one of the options below. 

  • Call us on 1800 SYD HLP (1800 793 457) (option 2) or complete the call back form
  • Email us at
  • Complete the online Student Complaint Form. This allows you to record the details of your complaint and upload any supporting documents. Both staff and students can complete the online form. 

We will work with you towards a timely and effective resolution.

All of the submission options above will result in your complaint being formally recorded in the University's Complaints Management System. Your privacy will be maintained in accordance with the University's Record Keeping Policy.
