Student life can sometimes be tough, lonely and overwhelming. If you’d like to talk to someone, you can access the TalkCampus app, an online peer to peer mental health and wellbeing support network.
The TalkCampus app provides free and instant support for your mental health and wellbeing anytime of the day, anywhere in the world. The app allows you to be anonymous while accessing support from peers across the globe in a safe, effective and encouraging environment. You can also access the Clinical Helpline, a 24/7 multi-language chat service where you can engage with trained mental health professionals.

You will need to use your University email address to create a TalkCampus account, however this is a one-off transaction and no information is passed back to the University about individual student registrations.
TalkCampus may use your email address or IP address to alert Emergency Services if a post indicates serious safety concerns. This may or may not result in those concerns being passed back to the University of Sydney.
