Yiran received BA in economics and BS (dual) in applied mathematics from Peking University, MA and PhD in economics from UCLA. Her research interests lie in the intersection of econometrics and network theory, on topics that are motivated by their relevance in applications. She currently works on structural econometric analysis of games in social networks.
